Organic electronics using organic semiconductor materials have been attracting much attention
due to their additional values such as light weight and flexibility.
They are expected to be applied for rollable mobile terminal equipment or
wearable sensors fitting to human body, for example.

Even leading organic device of OLED displays or OLED lighting still have such issues.
It is required to realize technological break through to solve these issues.
